See it's already happened. Confusion over which Chivas team people support. If you cheer "Chivas! Chivas! Chivas!" are you cheering for Club Deportivo Guadalajara de Mexico, a storied LMN club, or are you cheering for Chivas USA, which actually makes use of the goatie in its name, though Goats USA doesn't sound half as official as the "real" Chivas' team name.

Ways to make clear allegiance, perhaps.

"Chivli! Chivli! Chivli!" Combo of Chivas Lite

"WanChi! WanChi! WanChi!" This combo of Wanna-Be-Chivas sounds like it could mean something in at least one Asian language.

    "Wanna-Be-Chi! Wanna-Be-Chi! Wanna-Be-Chi!" Same issue.

"Chivas Dos! Chivas Dos! Chivas Dos!" Here one is wildly cheering, "We're number two!" basically.

"Hablan Espanol! Hablan Espanol!" This is the apparent criteria for Chivas USA, but I'm not sure it makes a good cheer.

"Chivitos! Chivilinos! Cheetos!" Trying various diminutives of "little Chivas"?

"U!S!A! U!S!A! U!S!A!" Going to be a little generic, especially after the Olympics, no?

"Chivasusa! Chivasusa! Chivasusa!" Combine the name into a cheer - hmm, kinda works, though it doesn't really make any sense. Actually has a bit of a tough sound to it, especially if you use it in a sentence - Vergara says, "Te voy a dar un Chivasusa!"

    Any other ideas for differentation?

Seems like it would depend on which match you're attending. If you're online, it really doesn't matter, as you could very easily specify which team you're cheering.

It's not a difficult issue to sort out.
