    As I understand it it was a FaKe groundbreaking (They hadn't even had the official vote yet IIRC). There are still some finaincial issues to work out beofre they get the green light to really start building.

    And of course they had the fake groundbreaking on the day we released the new stadium plans to take away some thunder.

    A Fake groundbreaking for Fake Salt Lake. Would you expect anything more?

    DesNews simply should have said "construction starts in the fall".

    We all know Becks and company helped with the groundbreaking in the summer.

    Not a big deal.
