Had Diadora stopped manufacturing the Brazil model? Apparently, it will be back starting from July 1... http://www.virtualsoccer.us/brasil-s-p-a-made-in-italy-available-july-1st/
Good Christ........I am buying those in bulk. I'll take full credit for the one man crusade I have been putting up for these boots to come back.
So US 6.5?..... I'll email the rep to add it to the order! We can figure out shipping, payment etc when they come in sound good?
Yeah, I am curious about the sizing. Diadora has been all over the map in the past. In my previous experience the Italy Brasil was close to the Copa in length, but much more rounded in the toe box and better for me in the forefoot. Is that 250 pairs total across all sizes or 250 per size? If it is total across all sizes that is not many at all being made. I am going to have to set aside a few grand to gobble up all of my sizes available so I can wear them until I die.
250 was the initial order but more can be ordered for the US based on response I'm told. I think more will be brought in because dealers like Virtual Soccer are ordering 75-100 pairs she said. Apparently that coupon will work until Tuesday even though Sonia there said she didn't mean for that to work on the pre-order (but a couple ppl used it so she left it) Also I have heard something else and I want to stress this is a rumor, but the same person who told me about the Brasil S.P.A. months ago told me in 2016 Diadora may have the most expensive boot on the planet. And that signs point to Baggio or Van Basten or both involved in the marketing. It hasn't been green lit yet for sure but maybe they are waiting on the response to this S.P.A. I hope they do it! Cheers
I'd just like to see those two in the marketing for the brand. I hope they start making the best boots in the world again, worry about the price championship title after that.
I got my Soccer.com magazine today and they had brasils in there but not online. They were 229 I think.
Good thing my commissions for July are looking strong. I'm going to need the extra cash to cover buying a few of the Brasil boots. Any input on sizing? They use to run huge, like the Copa.
for ref.....my previous pair of italian made brasil pro is a uk6.0 (vs. morelia II of uk6.5) usd200+ is rather a little too much for me..... current exchange rate of usd to my country is also not very encouraging! will stick to my trusted morelias for the time being....
When your order does show up if you wouldn't mind doing some size comparisons for us that would most appreciated!
my previous pair of brasils pro italian made = uk6.0 jp24.5 vs morelia II (25.5cm uk6.5) almost the same length n width
