Re: DFB Pokal - The first Round I know I know, there are worse draws... but I was really hoping for Darmstadt, Worms or Wehen. Especially Wehen, as that would have ment a homegame in our own stadium. But Berlin is allright. Always wanted to see the "Alte Försterei" anyways, so here we come!

Really couldnt get any more "anti-top-club" My local 5th division handball-club made it to the DHB-Cup once a couple years ago and we were all hoping... and got a third divisionist. Then they actually won and reached the final 32 and we were all like "but now we HAVE to get Magdeburg or Kiel"... and got a 2nd divisionist who ended up kicking our ass...

Re: DFB Pokal - The first Round As if I would forget...Did the Zebras crow about that one, not often they can put one over S04 and BvB. But I wasn´t there in person though, and getting tickets to Trier will be tough...Union Berlin is another story, we still have friends amongst the "Eisern" fans that would have made sure that we got tickets.

They met last year in the first round and Essen came away with the win, only to loose to Eintracht Frankfurt. But, this is a Regionalliga side now, this time a win over Energie would be AMAZING! Im guessing the left sided club is the home side?

The club planned to build a new stadium next to the old one but relegation to the oberliga crossed their plans.
Re: DFB Pokal - The first Round Tickets are selling fast I noticed..If you plan to watch the game you might have to be on your toes. As for the stadium the tracks are a bit embarrassing but we don´t mind, not if you lot are still serving Bitburger..
