Devin Barclay

    So you guys picked up Devin "the dude with the 'tood" Barclay from us in the offseasons - has he suited up yet? Your thoughts? Was it worth it? He did very little for us, and Frank Yallop has no patience for "Me" players, I wonder if Ray has managed to bamboozle him into submission with Geordie catchphrases :)

    1. Barclay hasn't been fully healthy
    2. there are a glut of attacking players he will have to contend with: Q, Q2, Stewart, Stoitchkov, Eskandarian, Curtis, Etcheverry, Olsen, Convey etc...
    3. With that said I think the move to get him was brilliant because you never know what can happen. I don't think he affects the salary cap and roster limits much if at all.
