It sounds like this will be resolved. The article says the dispute will go to arbitration if the City and the Devils can't reach an agreement and then the parties will be bound by the arbitrator's decision. It's not as though the Devils are going to get kicked out of the arena.
nah, they won't get kicked out. the ironmen could find - oops - some stuff that they're supposed to get for their games mysteriously 'forgotten' or something if the relationship gets too frayed. the building can't afford to lose its anchor tenant, obviously. but it helps to have a harmonious relationship.
