To be honest, if Mexican teams like Pumas put up a good fight against teams like Real Madrid and Boca Juniors...is because they give all they have when playing against those kind of teams and don't feel less than them. It's the problem that Costa Rican teams have always had. If you put them against a world-class team, they know they're gonna lose. I'm not saying Saprissa could have won, but Saprissa can play better than this. Looking at how they played against Pumas, they can do better than just play long balls over and over.
Speaking seriously, If that is the original line up then He seriously got scared of the team, I would of planted an 4-3-2-1...I would of put 3 defensive midfielders to put some presure on Liverpool's midfield..specially Gerard..If He was going to play defensively he should of at least counter attacked..Bolanos is a good player but on his own it was pretty hard.
Well i heard a this like last year...out of the top ten goal scorers in the mexican league only 2 wer mexican....

Honestly...if u fvck against liverpool on defense and your nervous its a goal..they can smell fear...but Badilla ... gonzalez and cordero...bolanos wer playin really good..when alonso solis came he just brought life into the team. i hope bolanos could make it to europe that guy is good quality. so is sabo but he didnt show it and a european team was actually there to make a descision. This was great for some of our guys if we play more games agaisnt big teams well be put more on the map.
