I don't know the starting lineups yet but here is some team news Fulham defender Toni Kallio has shaken off a virus but Fredrik Stoor is unavailable because of a cold and forward Seol Ki-Hyeon remains doubtful. Seol is back from a trip to South Korea he made for personal reasons, but is still struggling with a knee injury. Fulham (from): Schwarzer, Pantsil, Hughes, Hangeland, Konchesky, Davies, Bullard, Murphy, Gera, Zamora, Johnson, Zuberbuhler, Nevland, Gray, Dempsey, Andreasen, Kallio, Baird, Seol. Fulham have failed to win six of their last seven Premier League matches, and now face a Newcastle side chasing a third successive league win.
Games on FSC! Hopefully Dempsey can get a start, plan to watch this, and gonna try to watch Jozy on a stream, if he gets in. Come on Dempsey!
According to BBC Dempsey starts on the bench: Fulham: Schwarzer, Pantsil, Hangeland, Hughes, Konchesky, Davies, Bullard, Murphy, Gera, Johnson, Zamora. Subs: Zuberbuhler, Nevland, Gray, Stoor, Dempsey, Andreasen, Baird.
Hodgeson is rediculous. I dont understand it. Dempsey plays, he plays well. Gera misses sitter after sitter, and it's not like Fulham are just playing well either.
Hodgson is garbage... won't make any changes to a team that seems to be lacking week after week. Big game for both sides.
I'm actually curious, for those of you who follow the Premiership extensively, is there any other manager in the league who, like Hodgson, hasn't made a single change to his lineup all season that wasn't forced upon him by unavailability.
He''s a crap manager 'cos he doesn't pick Dempsey? They're not doing too badly, a win today could see them going to 9th. Personally I would pick Dempsey right now, because he's so determined to force his way back into the 1st XI that he's working his derriere off every time he plays.
deserved goal, we've been running the game btw, i'm so in love with simon davies it's not even funny... this is one of those game where he's at his best. so many classy touches and track backs.
Announcer claims the offside was wrong because Zamora was not offside (which he wasn't). Zamora may not have been offside but Bullard was, and it would be hard to make the case he wasn't involved in the play.
There's a lot of adjectives for how he's playing but they'd be *'d out so I won't bother. He may not have been offside for that chance but that effort...Boy. Fulham deserve their lead though.
i can forgive him for the effort because he may have heard the whistle blown... and he did time that run well. but, for as many long balls as he's won, he's almost exclusively turned them over with pretty horrible touches to go with general bad possessions and turnovers. i'm not as much of an unabashed critic of him like some on this board are... he's not a bad target forward with a touch of skill he can show off occasionally. but today he's really off. also, i'm ordering a simon davies jersey right now... can't handle myself. i have issues.
