I'm hoping with Fulham 3-0 up EJ will get to play but I'm not holding my breath. I'd love him to play but I don't know. I can't really see Vetra scoring 3 goals but you never know, it did take Fulham some time to score against them. Then again Fulham's goals are away goals so that helps a lot.

I still haven't heard anything about EJ leaving on a loan, so maybe this game could be a chance to prove something, anything, to Roy. I hope he gets a shot.

Kamara is on his way out, and EJ will take his role as the 4th striker. Which on a team with Europe and Cup competitions, as well as AJ and Zamora's injury issues, is a good spot for him.

How do you know DCMI Kamara is out?

He is still with Fulham but has been seeing some interest from French clubs.

He works very hard on the field, has a lot more width play in him than zamora and certainly can finish.

But no manager has started him at the club, so they must not rate him too high.

Sincerely hope this isn't true unless Hodgson has another striker on the way. Not that I think Kamara is Fulham's savior or anything, but he has proven useful at times at this level. EJ's still learning and hasn't shown us anything yet.

geez, if Fulham go up a goal or 2, it would sad if EJ can't get some time today.

We'll have to hope that EJ has VASTLY improved from his last few league games on the pitch for Fulham.

He was BAD. I mean...SHOCKINGLY TERRIBLE.

And given that he saw limited action in the Colaship...let's just say I'm not getting very excited that he has indeed "vastly improved".

Dempsey in the starting lineup. EJ on the bench. Nevland's on the bench too, so don't get your hopes up too much.

He did pretty well in pre-season. 1 goal and 3 assists in about 150 minutes of football. He also scored for the reserves in a pre-season game.

Nevland will probably be on before EJ. I hope he can get into the game.

Fulhams first league game is next weekend. If they have a nice lead I could see Roy taking some key players out for rest, not worth risking injury.

Yes, but you and I and the rest of the world know that pre-season doesn't count for anything.

How about we give him some time to adapt to the EPL/CCC? Different players require different lengths of time to adjust. It seems that he is making progress so let's just go with that before we start the EJ is crap routine again.

How about I've always rooted for him, continue to root for him, never bailed on him, and agree with you that there is still time.

Just pointing out the facts that he was VERY bad when he first arrived at Fulham and didn't make much of an impact in the Colaship.

KO.Not watching the match, but I wonder what the weathers like? I'm sitting about 40 miles from Fulham and it's been raining heavily for the last 2 hours.

Good work by Gera to find Zamora, but Zamora hits it wide.

Zamora on the edge of the 6-yard line just crushes it far to the right of goal.

He may not have made a huge impact but Cardiff fans were quick to point out EJ was a brand new player later on in the season. A completely different player than the one that arrived at the beginning of the season.
