It's an old Lum's (might be a little before your time). Not much to it really, once you go in you either go left or right. It's small enough you'll probably trip over me. :D

I should be around by 5:45 and will hold as many spots at the center table on the bar/smoking side as possible.

LUMS!!! Talk about kicking it old-school! My first youth basketball team was sponsored by a Lum's...I suppose there were worse things to have ironed on to your uniform shirts.

Man, you did a hell of a job yesterday. And remember, there's a Marios Sub at the end of the rainbow. :)

I live like 2 miles from Summers so it would be a disgrace if I didn't go.

    Dinero Is Very Limited

After unemployment and now a job at a greatly reduced pay, I feel guilty about going out for these kinds of things, but I might come anyway.

Conflict at Summers. Oregon University alumi club meets at Summers to watch their college football team. Their game is on 3:30 to 6:45pm Saturday. A lot of Oregon fans show up. This is at the bar side of Summers -- the good side. I will try to be there at 7pm. DCU needs to win all four remaining games to have a shot at playoffs.

As I watched my Michigan Wolverines roll to another glorious victory, I too will be there to congregate amongst the Ducks.
I'll be there by 6:30 and ready to pounce on some prime real estate once the Oregon fans have had their fill. LETS ROCK THE HOUSE.....

What's the chances of the college football fans staying after the game to drink? I mean, 3.5 hours should be enough, but you never know!

I'll prolly show up this time too. :D

Well, I'll be there. Sounds like it's gonna be one heck of a fight to get tables from the folks watching the college games though.

Keep 2 extra seats at whatever table you get!!

Also, how do you get to the restaurant from the Metro stop? This could be a really stupid question, sorry if it is, but I've never been before and wanted to check ahead of time.

Go east from the Metro, to the traffic light (quarter of a block).

ps-I don't think it will be a problem getting accomodations. As soon as some of the folks already there, see some of the people coming in, they will quickly clear out! ;):D

To tell you the truth, I'm not sure. It's right on the corner of CourtHouse Rd. and Wilson Blvd.
You might want to give them a call to be sure.
