When: September 12, 2009, 7:30 PM Where: RFK TV: MLS DirectKick, MLSLive.tv, Comcast SportsNet HD Radio: Usual suspects. Must win game. SG reporting 20k+ for game. Looks like there is going to be a great atmosphere. Hopefully Tommy plays four in the back...
Maybe the SG's could have large banners ready saying, "TRY FOUR IN THE BACK TOMMY!" just in case he rolls out the three again.
It could be an improvement. Seriously though, particularly with our currently injured players, it would have to be match suicide to play with three.
I dunno about that. If we do manage to make a run up the table here with wins and a deep run into the playoffs, would the FO be crazy enough to keep him on?
OH good catch! It's sort of a dilemma right now. As usual, I would love to see the team do well and make a run at the crapshoot that is the MLS cup playoffs. However, the at the cost of potentially keeping Tommy on for another year...ouch.

Ah, he's never done a DCU game. That's why I haven't seen him. How'd I miss the USA-Sweden friendly in January?
That seems like a lotta fouls per game. I was expecting an ugly match anyway because, you know, we're one of the teams involved; but I'm *really* expecting one now.
I guess we might see Jaqua and Montero in this match, since MLS doesn't have the same roster restrictions as the US Open Cup. Open Cup limits the roster to 5 internationals and 1 rapist. At least, that's what monster told me.
When Maryland's Herman Veal was alleged to have sexually abused a fellow student -- he was disciplined, but never formally charged -- the Crazies showered him with more than 1,000 panties, and one student held up a sign that read, "HEY, HERM, DID YOU SEND HER FLOWERS?" (After this incident, Lefty Driesel once again distinguished himself as a good sport and worthy foe. When asked if he was upset by the sign, Lefty said, "No, I can't read. I went to Duke.") http://espn.go.com/page2/s/cameron/hits.html
I will now proceed to jinx the entire team and DC United organization by noting that we've earned 7 points in our last 3 league games. A win tomorrow night would make it our most productive 4-game stretch of league games this season. That would clearly mean that the team is Destined for Memorable Things...
