I guess this explains a lot.

    Q. What is MLS TV?
    A. MLS TV is the new live and on-demand online broadband video subscription service from Major League Soccer and MLSnet.com. MLS TV will allow you to watch all televised MLS regular and post-season matches as they happen straight from your computer screen. Matches televised nationally on ABC, ESPN and ESPN2 and those exclusively on HDNet will not be available as part of MLS TV.Can't watch a particular match live? No problem. With MLS TV you can watch any archived 2006 match at your leisure.

    Q. How much does it cost?
    A. For $19.95, you can watch LIVE and ON-DEMAND matches from the entire 2006 MLS regular season and playoffs from April 22 - November 5, 2006. Blackout restrictions apply. You can also purchase an MLS TV 'day ticket' for $3.95 which will allow you to watch all games for 24 hours from the time you purchase your 'day ticket'.

    Q. What games are available on MLS TV?
    A. Nationally televised games on ESPN, ESPN2 or ABC or exclusively on HDNet will be blacked out worldwide and not available. All other televised games will be available as part of MLS TV.
