Thank you for proving you are a moron . You are the one who is obsessed . As you are the one going out of his way to come to a Metro board . Nothing else to do in Assville on a Saturday ?

Actually, I believe we want to call it the "We Don't Give a S**t About This Meaningless..." Cup.

It's going to feel real good watching the Metros win this one.

You know, I read this last night and chuckled, then kept on reading the thread. But this post kept on poppin' back into my mind all day, and I got a chuckle out of it every time. Ah, the gift that keeps on giving.

Well done, Speedball. You are a gentleman and a scholar.

I am here to take my lumps. I am not a coward, nor even a moron, as many of you propose. I had to attend the birth of my second child, and I am sure you all have plenty of ideas on how he is deficient, so fire away. Anyway, congratulations on not playing as terribly as we did. It's pretty sad when your defense plays well AND provides most of the offense. We are crap, but honestly, are you guys any better? Still two games left so I have a feeling this "discussion" isn't over. Let's us pause a moment to commiserate together on our suckiness...

eric d, you call pigs pretty well for a city slicker. Are you sure there aren't any toothless hillbillies in your gene pool somewhere? Or did your sister teach you that?

    Love you all,
    Andy

    Andy,

Didn't you give me crap on the DC boards for using gene pool smack, yet you come over here with the same shite? You're right about one thing though, DC does suck.

Have you looked at the standings anytime in the last 3 years?

Did you read through this thread? It has been an assault on my gene pool. I don't think "fighting fire with fire" is comparable to coming out swinging with gene-pool smack.

But when we bring up previous seasons, we are accused of living in the past, right? I think the season series is tied 1-1 right now, which means you aren't better. Sure you may be better than us against other teams, but I don't think that has much relevance as they haven't been part of the discussion. And, yes, I have looked at the standings over the last three years, usually down towards the bottom...

You can look at the standings this year if you'd like.

You're right. We should only use Metro-DC games. I mean while we're playing the Revs, KC and Dallas, you guys are off playing Real Madrid, Man U and Inter, hence the worse record in the standings. Silly me, thinking we played common opponents.
