    Gentlemen,

As some of you may know, my parents are in Ecuador and I was left in charge. You know what that means? Paaarrrrtaaaayyy!

    At 10am.

Yes, come join me and other ecuadawgs this Saturday to watch Portsmouth vs Manchester United. The place is my parent's pizzeria in the Bronx. There will be alcholic beverages, pizza, wings.. you name it.

Let me know here if you're down. I'll PM you guys the details.

    Cheers!

Damn, to a guy in eastern queens [ME] 10 a.m. In the bronx sounds like a waking up very early. What train or bus would take me to your place DE?

Ok, I thought "[ME]" was a reference to a neighborhood in eastern queens, and I couldn't for the life of me figure out what it was. I'm dumb.

and psshhhh.. my high school commute was from the Bronx to Brooklyn! ;)

    You can take the 4, B, D to Yankee Stadium or 2, 4, 5 to 149th & 3rd.

Oh, I also went to junior high in Jackson Heights while still living in the Bronx. I usually took the 7 to Grand Central and then the 5 to 149th & 3rd.

Your parent own a pizzeria? Years ago, There used to be this pizzeria in Woodside Queens that was just amazing! I never tasted anything like and I know Italy like the back of my hand. I used to drive from Connecticut just to eat there.

Where in Woodside? My parents just started this business this summer. My uncle though has been in the business for over 20 years. He owns a pizzeria in the Upper East Side and at least once a week someone tells him that it's the best pizza they've ever had in their life. I don't think ours is that good though. :)

PM me the location. Slight chance I may go, would have to convince the lady it's worth the trek from Queens.

What? An Ecuadorian Pizzeria?? In NYC??? Now that is something else! ;)

And you guys from Queens are making a stink about going?? Cause of distance?? I am in Syracus (4-5 hrs away) and I'd even consider going.

that's something ... the majority of pizzeria's here in NYC are of course Italian then come the Greek owned ones and lastly even Mexican owned ones.

LOL. It's not Ecuadorian-style pizza. Our pizzeria is regular New York style pizza and other Italian food. However my uncle did learn to speak Italian fluently from working in the pizza business for so long.

Fair enough, but WTF is Ecuadorian-style pizza?? lol. As I recall, all the pizza I ever had in Ecuador was "italian". :D
