So I just found out that there's a pretty good chance that I'm going to be living in Dallas next year. Anyone know what I would expect to pay for rent in a two-bedroom, townhousey thing near SMU? Is that even where I'd want to live (I would be at the university)? Any places that are more interesting for a dual income no kid couple who likes urban life and only has one car?
