What a suckfest. We can't pass for shit. Gressel with an awful half, Smith just sucks. Birnbaum yet again skies a header. DC United is tragic, what a fall.
Messy, unnatractive game so far. Not surprising for a meeting between the two top contenders for the wooden spoon. No one has really stood out as good, but Romo has at least been solid and not given anything away. Smith has been bad and we can't pass to save our lives.
I was hoping to see some chemistry developing between Gressel, Najar and Taxi. None so far. Agree that Smith has been horrible. Too bad we have no legit alternatives. Also, F--k you ref. That was a red card foul on Najar. Thank goodness he was not hurt there.
I guess the time off for the international break meant no practice for these guys. I hope they had fun.
