Czech formation is generally a variation of 4-5-1. Also *ed that you have Rezek's name twice. Doubtful, he signed a two year extension (over bit of fan protest) before the tournament, and barring another disastrous performance there's almost no way they would fire him. 0 may have been an exaggeration, because it was following a truly terrible display of defensive organization and tactical planning in the first match. He's definitely not a good manager, but now that I've calmed down a bit from the Russia debacle, 50-55 range would probably be a more objective rating.

UEFA ranking seems close to accurate (although I suppose we officially just finished no worse than 7 by winning our group and making quarterfinals), and I would probably put us in the low 20s range worldwide so that's close to my guess too. Well, the way the ideal formation from Euro 2012 is what I've listed below. While Jiracek is listed on the right even though he is a CM, because they needed to fit Hubschman as a defensive midfielder and Jiracek was too good to take off the field. Kadlec is a LB at Leverkusen, but it increasingly seems his future for us is CB. So my suggestion is for the final rating adjust Limbersky and Hubschman's minutes up and Rezek and Necid's down accordingly.
