It's KC, a team we recently beat soundly.

We're at home, but to how many fans?

We're 90 minutes away from a championship game, i'm surprised Jim hasn't mailed letters and postcards and ticket offers and all that...

Reminder that the game starts at 8 PM instead of our familiar 7:30.

I have received two answering machine messages from John Harkes; those things are annoying.

I'm excited as hell for this game, but given the relative lack of promotion i don't think we get more than 4-5 k for this game. half the seaosn ticket holders probably don'r even understand the importance of it.

also what's up with out injuries? Mais, West? Can we expect any of them back. Hey scott tann, do you have any info on that?

I'd give my left nut to have gotten a call from John Harkes. Too bad I'm deployed. Please take the next 36 hours and get a friend out to the game. It's the best chance we've ever had to win a cup.

After Saturday's choke job vs. the Clash, I expect a victory Tuesday.

Don't you think the poor guy is jumping at an opportunity to do something other than ride the stationary? He's got to be bored out of his skull.

Toon, I concur - I expect a victory Tuesday, and anything less will be extremely disappointing.

I hope Buddle starts tonight to see whether KC can rip as many of his jerseys as it did in the clubs' last meeting.

I also hope that this time, the ref calls a penalty.

A cup is a cup and vice versa. We need the win, let's get it done tonight. Crew fans get out and support the team...no excuses

GO CREW! Really pullin' for you guys to make the final and BEAT LA!

John Harkes makes sales calls??? That is so cool!

Is the game televised locally in Columbus? Just curious.

No evidence of a local TV feed. This might help the crowd, but with the short notice a lot of stuff was just impossible IMO.

You can, if you're interested, check out the webcast at eagle1039.com for the dulcet tones of the soon to be legendary Dwight Burgess and his sidekick Dr. Jay.

Better than that: it's on FOX Sports World. Live, IIRC. Watch it at home or at your local pub.

I'll be watching you all tonight. Hopefully I'm not embarassed by the crowd/level of play tonight.

You may not have video, but Dwight's commentary is top-shelf. Dr. Jay knows what he's talking about too. You literally cannot do better for an audio feed than those two.

I think we are down 1-0 at the half. This will be really embarrasing if we lose to a team like kansas city. That's like losing to a bunch of blind 10year olds with downsyndrome.

Well, we ARE down 1 -0, the only score coming in the SECOND FREAKING MINUTE on an own goal by our pal Chad McCardme.

On that goal, McCarty had to cover for the defender who had to go after Klein.

    A very unlucky bounce.

I'm a McCarty basher as much as the next guy, but I can't really put total blame on the own goal on him.

With that said, he's a freaking walking yellow card.
