Am I missing something? Sure, I missed the last home game, and haven't shown up on time for the player introductions to a game since July, but didn't the intro used to be Tool? The song that was popular on the Lateralus CD. BTW, that would probably also be my choice --- something the sound technician at CCS has done right in the past.
I have often thought about this as well. The songs that are always playing is "Are you ready for this", which I think is about 12 years old, and "The Final Countdown" by Cinderella, 17 years old. I mean, you would think that a pro team would not have to resort to "JOCK JAMS" to get people pumped up, I am a little embarrased at our choices in music. Why not put a Euro spin on the games with just house music, techno, and the like.Maybe a little G n R? But Cinderella has got to go. Crew 2 Revs 2, The refs will screw us all game long, like the playoffs last year.
