Had that happen to me in a match once. Defender just lightly clipped my back heel when I was running full out with the ball just in front of me (in the box), and as a result I landed on the other leg with it fully outstretched and the knee was locked. Jammed it really bad. I was out for 6 months. Sadly, I did not get any call. Not that I could even stand at that point. Should have been a penalty.

 

Are Iron-On's still a thing? I want to get some apparel to showcase the Crew Curb stomping the Stabby Lions. The closet thing I've found so far is:
