What Mexican teams are hurting for defense and would be interested in Suarez?
Don't they have those odd post-inter/season drafts in Mexico? FWIW, Suarez has the athleticism to become a quality player ... he just seems to be really stupid to do so. But I am surprised that the Mexican league doesn't show a greater interest in Yanks, who work very very cheap in a reversal of the perceived immigration the other way. Maybe this will change with the ChivasUSA coming to America and giving Mexican team GMs a point of reference to their talent.
If 2-0 didn't teach them, nothing will. But on topic, Suarez seems to have had his promise turn sour and maybe a change of venue would help him get it back. And wherever Corrales goes, I hope it is as far away from the USNT as possible.
