You must be confusing me w/ a non-Brazilian poster who had the word "Santista" as part of his username. There have been calls for Brazil to change its entire calendar so that it mirrors what UEFA does. I wouldn't oppose it. I know your country already does that to an extent with its two national tournaments per year. The problem IMO is that in South America, summer is at the end of the year. This is why school years in Brazil are from January to December. It'd be quite a change for Brazilian teams to start their seasons in September or August and to wrap things up by May. I have no problems with these sentiments of yours. I wouldn't mind if Atl.-MG wins it again but I think that this year, Cruzeiro is the team from Belo Horizonte with the better chances. And I wouldn't mind it if San Lorenzo continues with its "alternative" definition to the acronym "CASLA." It'd be good if either Atlético Paranaense or Botafogo take it as they have no Libertadores titles. But I don't think either one of them will do it. If Brazilian soccer wins yet again, I think it's either going to be Cruzeiro or Grêmio.
