Nice to see Nastic grab the win over the defending Cup holders.

Sorry to see Ferrol go down to Lanzarote.

It's a huge upset, 'loyal' oscar. I'm kind of glad Barca is out of the King's Cup. Too many injuries for Barca to compete in three tourneys at the same time. Now, they can concentrate on the double or just the Champions League. :D

Whoa, it seems the excuses train has already left the station and going in full speed

Don't sweat it, you still got Inter and Boca besides Barça :D

Those aren't excuses, just being realistic. Taking care of the investments of the team, that's all. :D

Indeed, most of the Barça players that played, and would play, in the Copa del Rey are too tired from sitting on the bench all the time. Wouldn't want to strain their muscles by actually letting them play.

In case you missed the point: the starters usually don't play in Copa games untill the end. Ignoring that Barça wouldn't have gotten there even if they didn't get kicked out by Gramanet :D , there's not much 'strain' being put on the Barcelona team by playing in the national cup.

I forgive you for trying to pretend that wasn't an excuse. :)
