Congratulations Columbus. I was pulling for you! Supporters Shield, MVP, Coach of the Year and now the MLS cup. I have followed the league since it's inception and it is great to see one of the original franchises win a well deserved Championship! Hopefully Sigi will be with us next year. Congrats to all of you! Schelotto put on a clinic today, and with any luck you guys will get him back next year for your Champions League Journey. I have to say that I am happy for all the players but I think I am most excited for Bob W. and even though he is an asst. coach I am still elated for the guy. He has been there since the beginning and I am happy to see that he finally got that MLS Cup.
I had fun watching that game. Now I can call myself a bandwangon fan because I bought season tickets (last month) for the first time since 96-98...I havent had a chance to get season tickets since they moved to CCS. Ill say it again because it needs said.....the Crew get the the first pro sports championship in Ohio since the 1990 Cinci Reds. Tell me how MASSIVE that is!

Congrats to the Crew supporters who came out today. From what i saw pre-game, they outnumbered New York supporters 3:1 easy... probably more. Enjoy the silver soccer ball. Playing with a white one will be a bit of a novelty to us Dynamo fans. I think I need to make a road trip up there to have a look for myself.

Congratulations on the Crew’s historic domination of an MLS season. I jumped on the bandwagon last season because I could see what Frankie called “the family” atmosphere back then. I love to see unselfish soccer and a team that believes in and works hard for each other. I also loved to see GBS finally get the recognition he deserves (he has been the best player in MLS for sometime now). I’m overjoyed for Sigi as well; I thought he was treated crassly by L.A. and the league at one time but it is all water under the bridge now. I hope he decides to stay.
