I still have to score Round 1 and make my predictions. I'm starting by copying barnabyjonez's predictions from the Round 1 topic:

El Salvador 2 St. Kitts and Nevis 0

    GROUP B/E

    Haiti 1 Canada 1
    Canada 3 Haiti 1

    GROUP C/D

    Panama 1 Curacao 0
    Curacao 1 Panama 0
    Curacao advances on penalties"

EvanJ, barnabyjonez, edcalvi, and devioustrevor got 3 points

The people tied for second were closer to last than to first, so when these were converted to a score out of 3, IASocFan did much better than everybody else. First got 3 points, last got 0, and everybody else was distributed proportionately in between:

In the Octagonal, I will post score prediction results after each matchday, but the conversion isn't determined until the games are done, so there will not be any cumulative updates until it ends.

What will the predictions for the octagonal be like? all at once or before each round (3 days per month)?. I prefer to do it before each round because it is more precise and you can see variants such as injured players, loss of location due to sanction, games behind closed doors due to covid or sanction, or strategies of the teams in having certain results, etc.

I require all predictions before the round starts. I like having standings predicted before the round starts that match the sum of the score predictions. Any surprises affect everybody predicting the same way. I'm about to start the Round 3 topic, and I went in this topic first.
