Yes, but already in this tournament we've seen that they're a noticeably weaker team than the one that held the USWNT to a goal back in WWCQ. Also in the past three years, every single game they're had against Haiti, Jamaica, and Puerto Rico (and Guatemala for that matter) was won by just one goal, often in extra time or with a PK. That's not a solid #5 spot. The fact they got the "5th spot" in the WWCQ campaign say nothing about how much stronger they were over the "#6 spot". Remember, back in the WPS days, people were saying similar things about Jamaica being the "clear" #5. We see now it definitely was not "clear".
