Can't help you there, sorry. I'm Central American so I'm generally on top of that, but I don't pay much attention to the Carribbean zone.
Providing the necessary financial support from corporate T&T comes forward, the T&T Football Association is very likely to host the Group Two qualifiers in November featuring host T&T, St Lucia, Antigua & Barbuda and Cayman Islands. After that round-robin series, the group winner will advance to the final round four-team series which the T&TFA is hopeful of hosting as well, and from which the top three teams will advance to the eight-team Concacaf final round event from February 10-21 in Houston, USA next year. Speaking on the weekend, T&TFA general secretary Sheldon Phillips noted that the T&TFA has been in contact with Waldrum and is awaiting confirmation of the dates when the Group Two qualifiers will be played. “We expect to confirm with CFU the final dates to host both sets of qualifiers, but coach Waldrum should be here to pick up duties by the end of the first week of October.” http://www.socawarriors.net/womens-team/16003-waldrum-to-arrive-in-early-october.html

Whoever comes out of that group is going to be worn out. That makes the job of the others much easier.
Well, it should be Trinidad & Tobago winning Group B. And they're hosting their group & the CFU Finals right after. The Final four should be: Trinidad & Tobago vs. Jamaica & Guyana vs. Puerto Rico. Jamaica & Puerto Rico advance with Trinidad & Tobago winning the 3rd place match.
Round One for group 2 will be held in Trinidad from Nov 4th - 8th. Round two will also be held in Trinidad on Nov 18th - 20th 19

WOOOOOW Check out these qualifying groups: A: USA, PR, MEX, CRC B: CAN, GUY, GUA, T&T Consider that PR only lost to T&T by one, so pretend the two teams are essentially equal. That puts the equivalent of the top four from the last CONCACAF Women's Championship in one group, with Canada and three minnows in the other. Everyone in group A must absolutely hate that draw. I mean, in the end, it'll probably be USA and Canada qualifying, but the fact that one of MEX/CRC (or, if you want, two of MEX/CRC/PR) won't even qualify for the semifinals is a bit of a crime.
Mexico and Costa Rica are very even. If Trinidad &Tobago was in place of Puerto Rico , Group A would be the group of death.
I think that PR is pretty darn even with T&T - especially without Waldrum at T&T's helm. Still counts as a GoD IMO.
