Castrillon scored again and triggered Union's come back. Dude is playing very well.

Una pena lo de Andrés Balanta. Era un jugador bueno, profesional y excelente proyecto para la selección Colombia en múltiples posiciones. Que descanse en paz.

Londoño is going to start for River in the friendly vs. Millonarios.

Quite an opportunity Demichelis is giving him, one that could define the future of his entire season. We already have Borja, Matias Suarez, Beltran (who scored our only goal vs Monterrey the other day), and just signed Salomon Rondon.. this without counting players like Solari and Barco, who are hybrid forwards.

If Flabian shows what he has today, then maybe he can make a case for himself to get some minutes throughout the season. On the contrary, if he does bad he'll be more relegated then ever or maybe even loaned out.

I heard Carbonero has some domestic issues similar to Villa but that is just rumors I have heard.

If not for that I would like to see what he can do. He is one of the fastest players we can put out on the wings in the entire player pool.

We can try the Brazil/city approach and just keep throwing wingers at the opponents until they tire out

Golazo de Jherson Mosquera con Newells. El muchacho cayó de pie en esa liga y si sigue asi puede ser una buena opción para el lateral derecho. Es un lateral con muchisima salida, tiene que entrenar mas en los centros al area.

Nice to see we may have some RB options.

Still need some LBs though but I sound like a broken record.

I am tempted to do a CrzD and say it means nothing to me until he does it in yellow.
    But not there yet.

Frankly, he's disappointed me for Colombia. Much rather Arias gets those minutes going forward.

Oh yes. Arias must start over him in my mind. I still think Valoyes can be effective though and has shown some flashes. Just needs to play with confidence like he does in Argentina which may come with experience.

100%. Talleres really failed Valoyes by not getting him a move two years ago. He's plateaued there.

You hope Fluminense doesn't do the same to Arias.

seems like it's not one of those long term injuries. I have to admit he looked like a constant threat in both legs of Copa.

Very surprised--pleasantly--to see Manyoma already getting a start for Estudiantes. Playing in the hole at 10.

Roger faked out a bunch of defenders and scored a nice goal last night. (Start around 1:41.)

Carbonero is finally healthy again and saw some action too.

JuanFer was not even on the roster. Has the flu.
