I drink a lot of diet coke, but I’m phasing it out with soda with a pinch of cranberry juice. I also went down from 3 cups of coffee to about one and a half. My main concern right now is to limit the caffeine intake.
haha my wife makes me food so that made me much thinner she also doesn’t allow soda in the house. So it’s either water or juice. I buy a ton of the passion fruit frozen juice or capote Not eating pizza and chipotle every day with beer or booze you lose a ton of weight. As for soda once you stop drinking it for a month and drink it again its fking gross. I’m 6’3 200lbs. I never really gained much weight I just feel I lost all muscle i use to have
juice is just as sugary as soda so that doesn't make a difference. I forgot I had a caracol stream bookmarked. I watched the Peru game with peruvian commentary for no reason, was fun to hear the dissapointment in their voices at least
