I think the teams wasnt bad......yeah it was a very fight match......but i never feel that ecuador was close to hurt us...
I’m still laughing at this analogy. I was this guy on my Sunday co-ed team a couple times and it was not fun playing in 80 degree temps the day after a long night.
Maybe he just looks fat? cardona, bacca and Muriel just have fat fishy looking faces…. Cardona is 6 foot and 180 pounds per Wikipedia that seems pretty fit to me
Yeah I've been that guy and basically all the teams I played on had these guys. I think Bacca and Muriel for the most part do have chubby faces but they've never seemed fat to me, Cardona when he uses his body on the field these days people go flying and when he was jogging off the field after being subbed there was a lot of jiggle in that yellow jersey. I'm not even hating on him, the guy has skills.
You think Wikipedia was there weighing him with a scale yesterday? I just see him struggling to keep up with the counter and timing his runs into the area around the box - that's his game/when he's most dangerous. It helped on the lab play that he was starting from right there and just had to sprint the play.
i'm fat now, I am the creator of the food thread.I think the only fit guy we have is J Mezzy. Who's a personal trainer sales man no?
I just assume everyone is fat except J Mezzy and maybe Furnaccio (for some reason I think he's like 5'3)
No, but he has a fat guy's face. I get CRZD on this one. Bacca looks like a dude who'd spend his entire day drinking once he got off from his painting job at noon.
I am 6 foot but I am trying to get down to under 200 again; I entered the levels outside of prediabetes and it's been keeping me extra moviated as of late to keep fighting off what I gained during this pandemic. Hell I even barely fit into my cosplays for the first time in a good while so I still have a ways to go before I reach my goal.
I am not fat.. not thin either I might say.. I was fit 6 months ago but a cervical surgery (and pains beforehand) have kept me out of the home gym and gaining some weight . ... I hope that by December I will be fitter. But I had a very fat phase about 8 years ago.. I was around 15 kg overweight which is a lot for 178cm guy.
Are you my long lost twin? Or maybe just another old guy… I’m 5’11 and I used to be like 170lbs but I ballooned to 218 lbs (99kgs) 5 years ago and managed to shed 15 lbs during the last 3 years. I didn’t add any bulk during the pandemic, and was in good shape considering my 203lbs, but a kidney stone and subsequent complications have kept me away from exercising of lately. I still hope to be able to return to sports and exercise and to shed another 15 lbs, but sure getting old doesn’t help.
Funny you say this.. I actually have a twin brother Yeah old guys (I am 38 , not actually old but no spring chicken.. not having a wife nor children's keeps my face beautiful ha!) like us will start to watch our bodies malfunction over time hahaha... I say that having the impetus to go to the gym and be at least not sedentary helps a lot!
Take care of your body as much as you can. I had my first kid at your age and it became more difficult to exercise and keep a healthy routine. In retrospect, I should have put a little more energy and enthusiasm but little ones have a way to drain your energy. At the same time, a lot of that stuff is in your genes, so even with the best care, they’ll probably happen, only that they will be more manageable. In my case, I felt in decent shape until last February but a lot of issues started to pop up around my 50th birthday. Seems like the warranty just expired.
sparkling water helped me with the soda. I don't care about the sugar. The fizziness and bubbles are what I enjoy
