Lets see if 2 straight bad league performances dooms Lazio today, I think we'll get back in gear against the weakest team in the group..

probable teams for today's second CL match..

Possible teams : LAZIO (4-4-2): Peruzzi - Oddo, Stam, Mihajlovic, Favalli - Fiore, Albertini, Stankovic, Sergio Conceiçao - Corradi, Claudio Lopez
SPARTA (4-4-2): Blazek - Flachbart, Huebschman, Johana, Labant - Poborsky, Nemec, Ra. Kovac, Zelenka - Kincl, Sionko...

    REFEREE : Mr Colombo (France)

    Its 2-2

which isn't bad at the moment, since Lazio was down 2-0 at the half. Inzaghi with two goals in the 2nd half, one of them a penalty.

2-2 is the final. Yes, not bad given the start, and the result of the other game!

listened to italian radio/followed on uefa.com.

2-2 final. which isn't terrible after the nightmare first half...

same pattern as the empoli draw. Lazio dominates first 15 minutes, doesn't finish. Other team scores and changes momentum...

Forza Simone for the two second half goals, man he always shows up in the euro matches...

The defense still needs fixing, they don't have another quality CD to play with Stam and Favalli should be removed for Zauri at LB...

Lazio are extremely lucky to even get a point in this game. S. Inzaghi dove in the box for the PK which the ref duly awarded. Lazio did dominate large stretches of this game but everytime Sparta had the ball and started on a counter I felt they were more dangerous than Lazio's long stretches of possession. And Karel Poborsky was awesome, Lazio should have never let him go.

But after seeing Chelsea play I don't think Lazio should be worried too much. :D
