Can you blame the guy?! When one sees a superior performance from the likes of Cienciano, there's nothing else to do but stand up and clap.

Besides, even a broken clock can be right twice a day. :p

TOO bad that cienciano is not going to copa libertadolares!

GARCIA: the winning goal? from LUGO EL DE PARAGUAY?

    Grande Cienciano, bien hecho!!!!

Peruvian first, US fan second, River Plate fan third. As Cienciano is a Peruvian team, that falls under Rule #1. :)

    ahora quieren ESTADIO?

    bad decision

honestly i think it's unfair to give cienciano a chance to go to the libertadores just cause they won copa sudamericana.

they had no chance of qualifying by reaching the third place in the league even if the tournament wouldn't have been cancelled. they will have a huge advantage over the other teams since they are the only team that has been playing competitive matches the last months

i heard boys were dressing in black to protest. they're also sending out under-18 team since they've got none of their players

    Re: bad decision

But, the whole tournament did not end yet, right?

why not a Hexagonal that Include cienciano? and be fair to the elder teams (that never do good for peru)? are they planning a 2004 tournament or all players still on strike?

    Re: ahora quieren ESTADIO?

Silva is all talk, all the time.
Oropesa has good bread, but it is more than 10 miles from Cusco, too far away for a stadium.

Bolognesi is the 4th team in the quadrangular. The quadrangular is bogus, because the FPF previously said that Alianza Atletico and Boys would play off for the 3rd Libertadores spot.

to compare cienciano campaign with what cristal and la u did is a joke

libertadores is much more important that the sudamericana

and for cienciano to want special treat ment is also a joke alianza atletico and boys deserve to play off for libertadores

    Don't Hate!

La Recopa Sudamericana en la ciudad de Los Angeles

We will see who takes this lightly.
I mean, Milan was saying the same crap about Boca. Now, Boca has to come to play...if they want to be the real champion of South America!

I did acknowledge that what Cristal (97) and U (....I AM a fan of la U and really cannot remeber the year -sixty something?)did back in Copa Libertadores JUST to get to the final was harder than what Cienciano had to do to get to its final....But IMO, THE BIGGEST gap in soccer is the difference between being close to getting a trophy and actually WINNING something....Cienciano did , the other did not ...That deserves my respect and apreciation....

I actually respect San Lorenzo...They put up a good fight vs. Boca for the league title (for the longest time, considering the rest of the clubs fell too far behind much earlier)
They have won a nice set of trophies the last few years....What's not to be respected...And most importantly: DO we REALLY need to ask WTF Europeans thinks of anything and everything futbol related? Please!
