Don't know how many will be watching this one at home, but i though i'd get this one started. This should be an easy one but we have injures 3 days rest and it looks like rain. So we will see what happens!!!!!
Yeah but the MLS match tracker is showing the revs starting lineup and breach Starting Lineup 1 - Matt Reis (GK) 2 - Clint Dempsey 4 - Avery John 6 - Jay Heaps 11 - Pat Noonan 14 - Steve Ralston 15 - Michael Parkhurst 20 - Taylor Twellman 21 - Shalrie Joseph 22 - Marshall Leonard 25 - Andy Dorman Substitutes 12 - Doug Warren (GK) 7 - Jose Cancela 17 - Connally Edozien 23 - Luke Vercollone 28 - Jamie Holmes 30 - Ryan Latham 31 - Jeff Larentowicz No Cancela? still sick or a tatical move?
The link is still not up, so if anyone's watching, it would be great if you could send along useful information. Thanks, Dan
If you hit the Revs/Fire link, it'll load up the Chivas/Revs game BUSH LEAGUE, but at least i can watch the game!
Last year at least you could go to the Yahoo site to find a live link - this is incredibly frustrating.
Unbelievable. And MLS can't figure out how to build the fan base? Streaming a match that is supposed to be streamed seems like an easy lay-up.
You're right! 4:40 and Chivas with a free outside the box due to a foul on Joseph. Just over the crossbar. I've seen only about 30 seconds. Dorman took a previous corner for the Revs. 5:15 now. Dan
Here are the players I've heard/seen: Reis Leonard Dempsey Joseph Ralston Twellman Nice, the Chivas announcers are telling Chivas fans to wear their Mexican jerseys to the match with RSL. Twellman leaves a nice ball for Dempsey, Dempsey gets fouled. Nothing on the freekick. 8:30. Cross from from Noonan to Twellman in the box, defender heads it out. Dan
Dorman is in Cancela's place. Corner kick comes to nothing. I'm guessing that Parkhurst and Heaps round out the side, but I haven't seen them on the small screen or heard their names. Most of the action is in the midfield or in the Chivas end. Dan
15:15, just saw Heaps go forward. Heard John's name before. The Revs are clearly having the better of the play (knock, knock). Like Andy Busa said earlier this week, the Revs really knock the ball around well. It's so much more fun to watch than to watch defenders chase attackers. 16:30 - takes me a whole minute to type. Don't know the attendance. Dan
Sweet chance with Joseph, Dorman, and Noonan(?) linking up at 19:30. Corner kick, comes to nothing. Dan
Other than the breakdown on the back right (Heaps?), the defense looked good on a chance by Chivas. Nice, controlled passing by the Revs. 22:30. Dan
