I'm actually relocating from Happy Valley to the Delaware Valley soon. So after working a good six months to a year or so in the area, I could perhaps then make such a commitment. It certainly sounds appealing, but this is without knowing any details whatsoever about the development itself. Nevertheless, I am quite intrigued. I'd love to be close to the sport I love and trendy urban riverfront living sounds like a sweet deal to me
If the studio project comes around I will really be interested in buying but if the studio ends up in the Northeast, or Norristown I will stay where I am and split the distance.
