30 minutes in, still 1-0. Not much on. SC just had a 30 yard run with the ball, tehn gave it away easily and had to run back. Yankov just put one over the bar. Not much fun, but unlike previous games i've seen, Hannover look fine, a much better side.
Zizzo played his first professional game for 96 today. 96 II played Eintracht Braunschweig II in the Oberliga Nord (4th level). I didn't go but according to posters of the German forum he didn't stand out. The Reds took the lead early when former Wolfsburg man Mike Hanke blasted a 20-yarder to the top corner, and 25 minutes later Jan Rosenthal scored from an equal distance to double the lead. The guests wouldn't enter the break empty-handed, though, as Bochum forward Tommy Bechmann pulled one back on the stroke of halftime when he put back a Robert Enke bumble. A little more than 20 minutes after the interval, Chavdar Yankov hacked down Bochum midfielder Stanislav Sestak in the area and Marcel Maltritz converted the resulting penalty to level the match. Vahid Hashemian, who had been on the field for only three minutes, restored the Hannover lead in the 70th with a strong header from a Michael Tarnat cross and gave the 96ers the win." Hannover move up into 11th place and will travel to FC Nürnberg in two weeks for their next match." from yanks abroad
