    Hey everyone,

A group of supporters are running the Chicago Marathon and have named the Chicago Fire Foundation as their pledge. A few games ago I helped run the keg and we raised $800 on food and drink for their pledges. This time we hope to break $1000.

The tailgate will have burgers, dogs, veggie burgers, turkey wraps, veggie wraps, pulled pork, cookies cute chicks and who knows what else. The keg will be...whatever it is. I'll be off to the side with bad beer and cold water.

Stop by and grab a bite, shoot the shit or have a drink. We can all commiserate about how we didn't sign Diego Forlan or Riquelme.

Why aren't you allowing people to vote for "cute chicks and who knows what else"? I'll vote early and often for that . . . I'll pass on the Brats and wraps thank you.

S8C tailgates get more awesomer every year.

Some people say Alvaro is kind of a brat with that diving and all.

Thanks folks, I'll be here all week. And at the charity tailgate this Saturday!

I'm going to ask my wife if she'd like to stop by and eat at the tailgate tomorrow. What does it cost for food?

The S8C tailgate is always run by donation; the recommended minimum is $5.

...as tomorrow's tailgate is collecting for the Foundation, anything you could spare above $5 would be most awesome.

Stop by and have some grub and good cheer with fellow Fire lunatics, it's a good time.
