Don't want to end the year on a sour note. So Feliz Navidad y Prospero Año Nuevo for everybody, especially Cruz Azul fans. 2014 was tough. Here's to a great 2015. Hope springs eternal.
Fabian returns to Chivas and you guys sign Roque Santa Cruz which is a great signing but im shocked Tena wasnt fired and with him as coach i doubt you guys will go far, with the squad you guys had he shouldve have done ,more in the club world cup and in the liga http://www.fichajes.com/breves/roque-santa-cruz-valora-su-fichaje-por-cruz-azul_82203

Tena tactics. Man, Roque better be like the second coming or else we are going nowhere. Two goals in four games - oyy.

And even if it does, just recall our 'Super Lider' season last year. We're headed down that same path. I don't doubt they'd probably make Liguilla but first round is as far as we go.
Well that was a nice collapse vs. Chivas. Typically this is the kind of game we get during Liguilla. With other teams you could say something like 'well, at least they got it out of their system early' but man, with this team, this is just something that keeps happening. What it comes down to is this - any time a team wants the win more than Cruz Azul, Cruz Azul collapses. Mentally they are just weak and it comes from the top. My brother in law made the comment that after they went down 1-2, that they then played with a lot of intensity. My response was - they should have played like that the entire second half. Oh well. Still waiting for Roque to come back. Maybe he'll provide the leadership the team needs.
In the last four games, Cruz Azul has given up the lead. Leon was at half power and they still managed a draw. 10 games into the season and I really see no improvement. In other news, Alemao still has faith - I probably read too much into these brief quotes and maybe things don't translate well from Alemao's Portugese but this makes it sound like Tena has said nothing to the team. Not that there's much he can say. Anywho, still watiting for Tena to get dumped.
I think we are all waiting. I haven't watched much of this season but the games I have seen its been a bore.
