Considering how well the Mormons, Hookers and Goats tour went 2 years ago I might be a little nervous for this trip.
With all the turnover I don't expect us to win the series, so I'm not nervous. If we do win though we'll get to see some pretty Massive history.
Bradd between when you guy's went out there, and how a few of us went out their for the playoff match and we also went out west for the colorado playoff match. I would love to come, but I think im done heading west for matches cause I am horrible bad luck when we go out there!
What are total costs approximately? I doubt I'm going to go, but it would at least be wise for me to make an informed decision.
Haven't booked hotel or got match tickets yet, but I'm guessing $420ish before food & alcohol, would go down if we find others to split the hotel.
Snowbird is sweet, no doubt. Anyway, I'm not that nervous, as we will likely lose. However, it is preseason, so maybe they won't be hitting on all cylinders, and we can win the first one at home, and keep them off the board at Rio Tinto. There is certainly a real shot at getting to the finals if we win, as the Mexican clubs are all on the other side of the bracket.
Sadly, I don't think I'm going to make this one. Unfortunately the USCSA (collegiate ski racing) Nationals are the next week in Sun Valley, ID and my lady will hopefully be competing. Woulda been nice to take a quick day trip down to Salt Lake had they been a week earlier.
