Well this sucks. My group (and anyone riding with me) wont be coming down Friday. I just found out Tyler has a pointy-ball game Friday night. So....we either leave after his game or really early Saturday morning. My plan is definately to be there for the "friendly" with the Inferno.
Oh, there isn't going to be anything "friendly" about it. Seriously - you guys know us. If there is anyone who can compete with you guys for an open, friendly tailgate, its us. Even if you can't make the game, come on down. But do know this - you will have to make a life-affecting decision. Are you CBC or BS? (No, you're not Inferno, but if you're at our tailgate, you can't straddle that fence.) The reality is this - you probably already know what you are - it is just that in Dallas, there's a line, and you're either on one side of it or the other.
Oh, I am definately on the BS side of the fence (in more ways that this reference). And I will be there for the supporters game, even if I have to drive all night Friday!

I sort of agree, I'll drink PBR or Natty but that's normally because I'm just a poor college kid. That and stuff like Natty and PBR is better when playing beer die and other such drinking games. If I'm just hanging out with friends and drinking I would drink Guinness and such.
That probably makes you CBC - the ability to appreciate good beer doesn't exclude you from being able to drink the cheap stuff. It just means you're not above it. The full name for the BS group is the Inferno Beer Snob Faction. They have consistently said that they will not drink the cheap stuff. But many a CBC has been willing to enjoy the expensive stuff. But the warning is this - if you're a rebel in Texas, you might like it so much you end up staying....

Okay, the guy I work with that was going with us has cancelled. I also don't expect Tyler to go due to a conflict. That means I have a couple of openings in my car and hotel room. Currently I have: Myself, Josh (Tylers step-brother), Emily, possibly Chad. We will be leaving KC around 1 or 2 on Friday, let me know if you want to go with us.
As of right now, there is definately room for both of you. But the "No Vomit" rule still applies! I have the hotel room reserved, but I have not purchased tickets yet.
Feel sorry for you, having to deal with the recently 21 guy. I'd be worried he'd be too hungover to get up by 1 or 2 and get on the van for Dallas
