Jupp: "My job is to analyze the situation. Despite the difficult situation, I'm confident FC Bayern will soon show a different face. Our team has class. It's my job to entice that class out again. I know exactly where I need to start". Now that sounds good
With Jupp returning, I may as well return too. Like Jupp, I probably don't have much to add and won't stick around. Oh, look...Oktoberfest marzen. Welp. Time's up. Enjoy.
I think we can forget about Ancelotti, this thread should be closed, and there is a need of a new one to discuss the next coach after Jupp
I don't know where to put this, but I found this interesting. Lahm seems to harbor some bitterness with the board... It's goal dot com, but those are quotes and I cannot find the source... https://goo.gl/kBjQoK
Seeing as how there is so little traffic here - maybe just have one Jupp reloaded chat thread for all things Bayern?
I'm not too surprised if that was true. Lahm is also a political guy with leadership skill, but in a very different way to Uli. Uli is old school, dominant, aggressive and too direct. Lahm is closer to Kalle than Uli, so it's normal if they have different approaches and opinion. After this board generation, I think Lahm is a good option to have in management. He would be a good coach too but he doesn't seem to like that direction.
I think it was mostly due to incompatibility between Lahm and current board. I'm talking about having him as the next management generation.
Lahm reportedly was offered a position with no vote, I also suspect that he would have stayed with the FO if Uli wasn't there. I think it won't be long before Uli is given the "Honorary President' role like Franz held for a long time.
At first I thought they were crazy in Munich. Jupp after 4 years? But the facts are that the Bayern play immediately looks much better.
For me the shock was the fact that Jupp accepted to return, not the fact that Jupp has the team played better.
