California's new teaching practice: Insult the children

    Oi. This one would be interesting to see on the politics board also. How about that assemblyman pitching an international fit over this when he thought the girl was black, and then him apparently not too concerned once he learned she was white. Pitiful. Just another example of who gets hurt when education is politicized. This yutz was at this event to boost political clout. He got the job for being buddies with the governor. The whole thing is just sad. There is one good thing we can say about this incident though. We're not Japan:

    I can't believe this guy still has a job, and that the kid in question will still be in his class. Unbelievable.
