I'm not sure if this has been posted here or not, I did a quick search and couldn't find anything, so I decided to post it. Even if you've already seen it, its good for a laugh http://media.ebaumsworld.com/index.php?e=georgewbushdrunk.wmv
This made the rounds in the 2000 campaign. He doesn't strike me as drunk, just incredibly inarticulate and stupid.
I can't get this file to open. Is this the one from the wedding where he babbles on about the family that doesn't like to drink or smoke, and are marathon runners?
If that is the case, it looks to me like he is taking a swig out of a bottled water at the end. Although, judging by his demeanor, he might just be better off saying "I was drunk."
If this is what people talk about him having used to have a drinking problem, i'm never running for office there are plenty of videos out there of me doing much much worse
the issue is that he claims to have been dry since before this video and he is clearly half in the bag with a cocktail in his hand
Was Kerry drunk when he had a pal take a movie of him walking around in his uniform in Vietnam becauase it was not Stars and Stripes was it? What was the purpose of having someone take movies of him any way? Any one know?
He is not clearly half in the bag. He didn't even slur once. The drink in his hand looks like a bottle of water. Even if it is a glass, how the hell do you know what was in the glass?
I tried to find out it seems like his whole plan for going to vietnam was to set the stage for his political life. He thought a shot of him in uniform in Vietnam was a good move.
He did slur his words , he said "peefle" instead of people . Why sugar coat it ? he was loaded ,maybe not from alcohol
didnt slur? bottle of water? wow there are clearly melted down ice cubes because you can hear them clink on the GLASS, and anybody who has ever been ready for another recognizes the swig at the end and yeah, it should be an issue with bush supporters because he lied to you about his drinking
It was actually a news reel ,Yes Actual news film taken then in a War that he volunteered for and Bush Avoided to go snort coke . Happy now
for one, the sound quality ain't all that. For two. who gives a flying fvck if he was loaded. Is he not allowed to get his party on? Don't get me wrong, I am not a Bush supporter, but to make an issue over tha fact that the guy liked to party is absofvckinglutely ridiculous.
Oh my god!!!! He had a drink and lied about it. god forbid. How do you know what was in that glass? Do you have ANY proof that it was alcohol? If not, I suggest you stop stating as a fact that it was booze. This is such a non issue. I cannot believe I am even discussing this. Shame on me.
