According to Yonhap News Agency, K-League club Busan I.cons will hold a press conference regarding Korean WC star Song Jong-guk's departure to a European club at 9:30am(KST) Monday, Aug. 12.

It is said that Song is headed for a Dutch club, and most likely it will be Feyenoord.

    Stay tuned...

    Feyenoord it is!

    Term: 5 years
    Transfer fee: $2.5m
    Base Salary: $0.5m

Third Korean to play in Holland after Huh Jung-moo(PSV), Noh Jung-Yoon (Roda JC).

Looking to debut in the away match against Roda on the 24th, or in the 2nd leg CL match against Fenerbahce on the 28th.

Do you have a link in English?

I've checked the official Feyenoord site and some other Dutch pages and nothing up yet.

Not a bad deal for Busan...

Busan acquired Song in 2000 through the now-abolished draft system.

They signed him for around $80k back then, so the $2.5m sales is close to a 30x return!

Probably won't be anything until late tonight (tomorrow morning in Europe).
