Lewy with a cherry on top goal. That makes it 5th straight loss for Kohfeldt in the BL and 7th overall including CL

Beating Bayern wasn't expected, so on this occasion can't critize too much. Most clubs give coaches slack for Bayern L.

Post Winter will determine his fate.

so according to Bild+, Frankfurt wants to sell Frenchie Ndicka for 25 M in Summer.

    and looking at
-Ivory Coast CB from Ligue 1, 01
-that English flop CB Phillips, 97
    -a Croatia CB from Croatian 1st, 00
    -Nawrocki a German-Polle playing in Poland 1st

    4 things,
    -all on younger side
-continuing trend of only wanting young Germans who have pro exp
    -Academy=pointless, just buying exp players
-young means can be sold for a lot of $$$

    Bonus for comedy
$25M is as much money that Brandt went to Dortmund. A Volland cost $13M, a Sule was put in $20-22M range and list goes on and on.

LMAO a Frenchie 22 year old cost more than German NT players. A Frenchie with 0 Senior call ups and only 1 youth NT tourney.

why bother dev domestic players when you won't make much profit.

with Union out of europe, club wants to axe
Of all Bundesliga clubs, Union Berlin was the busiest on the transfer market in the summer. 20 professionals for a total of 13.9 million euros were either newly added to the squad of coach Urs Fischer, returned after loan or were permanently signed. After leaving the Europa Conference League, the squad strength of 31, the sixth highest in the Bundesliga, is no longer necessary due to the lack of double burden, which is why the team should be downsized.

"That is certainly also a point that will be dealt with during the winter break," said Unions managing director Sport Oliver Ruhnert to the "kicker". For the 50-year-old, a number of 27 or 28 players is the "ideal size".

The magazine names the reservists Anthony Ujah (31), Suleiman Abdullahi (25), Pawel Wszolek (29), Keita Endo (24), Rick van Drongelen (22), Jakob Busk (28) all of whom apart from Wszolek (17 minutes) and Endo (21 minutes) have not even been used this season. Ruhnert left it open who of these actors was really eligible to say goodbye - he only confirmed one name. At Abdullahi, people are looking for "solutions" from the Köpenickers, but they have not yet been found.

0 Germans out but this is why there is no integration at these clubs. And also why a lot don't play.

31 players for 20 matchday squad=11 left out
27-28 players for 20 matchday squad=7-8 left out

    it doesn't make any sense.

    Nagelsmann today,

    Dortmund

    Hertha predictable, badly managed club.
Sports director Fredi Bobic does not rule out further transfers at Hertha BSC during the winter break. “It will be an interesting window. My cell phone is a mess, it jingles all the time. The 50-year-old said on Thursday and then quickly became a little more serious: "Due to the pandemic, we don't know what to expect."

“We'll take another look at our squad,” said Bobic, emphasizing that the capital city club had “the right answer for every situation”. At any cost, the table 14. but certainly not to be active. "Sometimes those are pipe dreams because the reality on the European market is completely different," said the ex-international.

Watzke sounds defeated already. He’s probably right but even so saying it publicly that they have little chance of the title after only 16/17 matches isn’t a great look.

Dortmund’s no.1 issue they need to sort out is their fitness and medical departments. The amount of injuries the club constantly has are crazy.

    LOL
10 men AB beats Plastic Leipzig 2-0 and even scored as 10 too, LMAO.

Plastic Leipzig past 2 matches vs bottom clubs
    1-1 vs Augsburg
    2-0 L vs 10 men AB,

even better German CF Serra scores his 1st and winning goal, another German CF Kruger with an assist and pre-assist and Pieper with a clean sheet.

I never believed Leipzig is top 2-3 in Germany. People ignore that last season Nagelsmann was EECKING/GRINDING OUT results all season. Post Nagelsmann shows limits of this squad. This club has been downtrending post Werner.

back to back wins for AB, makes relegation battle back on.

    AB=16 pts
    Stuttgart=17 pts
    Augsburg and Hertha=18 pts
    Gladbach=19 pts
    Wolfsburg and Bochum=20 pts

and AB is stil in that direct relegation spot while Stuttgart in playoff.

Tigges is not Gomez or Wagner. Some younger CFs are more Gomez 2.0 and Gomez had a more complete game. Can't compare 2 at all.

Wagner was a shit CF who took until late 20s to breakthrough 1BL

somee Dortmund fans hate Tigges too.

Malen 3 goals in 1BL playing almost 1000 min, cost $35M
Tigges, 2 goals in 1BL playing less than 100 min, cost $0

Tigges reminds me a little bit of Kießling, still has some way to go but I think he could be an effective 1BL striker if given more regular minutes.

It would be great if Tigges develops into a reliable striker. In regards to the Kießling comparison, I hope he doesn't suffer the same fate as Kießling, in that he was never called up despite having solid seasons at club level.

I will never understand why Löw refused to call up Kießling.

seems like Low and Kiessling hated each other. Kiessling had tons of - about Low and how he doesn't want to play under him anymore.

Tigges looks like nice guy though.

Man seems all other clubs in the Bundesliga juts take each other out .

I am neither supporting this or that club , but would not mind for some one to really challenge Bayern .
But seems the clubs are just to inconsistent to even challenge them in any way .

All thy Bayern has to do is not loose more then 4 games a year and they are Meister .

One good point with Bayern they always have many German national players . But seriously wouldn’t mind it being a bit closer

Someone tweeted the other day "Why can't Bayern have a season like the one Juventus is currently having?"

At this point it seems like that's the only way we can witness a club not named Bayern winning the league.

They would dominate every other league except Premier League, too. And I bet they would be the strongest team there too, just not that dominant.
