Cannot believe it took this long to recover what was initially six months? Still, glad he's training.

Pulisic is training with the u23s so I doubt he plays against Man U on Monday but he should be close.
Lampard reports Hudson-Odoi is missing tomorrow through injury. On Pulisic's injury, he confirms the recovery is taking longer than first expected but as it is an injury he had as a player, he appreciates it can be difficult one to come back from and needs careful rehab.
yeah it took Lamp a long recovery effected him most of season, can lead to other little injuries if you push it too soon, cause it effects how you run for awhile too bad for Pul, and us cause we really need him so desperately right now
thats great news. phew. best to keep him on sidelines for now but that leaves us skimpy in midfield for a tenacious Everton squad. Mount, Barkley, Gilmour? Bakayoko?
Willian went off injured too so the question is, will he be fit enough to play as well. If he isn't, we're looking at Gilmour, Barkley, and RLC in midfield as Mount will have to play further up.

It’s great to see Christian get some minutes but he’s still short of match fitness.’ Asked whether Abraham would return for Chelsea before the end of the month, Lampard said: ‘I hope so, he’s not training with us yet. ‘Hudson-Odoi had another injury and is having a scan later today. It’s tough for him. He wasn’t rushed back. He did it training back with us.... ‘It’s another injury for us. We have had the worst injury list. We are working. ‘Kovacic is not fit and we will have to assess Willian, who is a question mark for the weekend.’" Read more: https://metro.co.uk/2020/03/06/fran...willian-abraham-kovacic-12360166/?ito=cbshare Twitter: https://twitter.com/MetroUK | Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/MetroUK/
Looking on the bright side of things (in strictly footballing terms)... after paying witness to the most injury ravaged season I think any of us have had the misfortune of experiencing, everyone (assuming they stay COVID-free), will have ample time to recover and return to full fitness. The delay of EURO 2020 is also a boost in this regard. Can only imagine getting a physically destroyed Kante back from France if that were still on the menu.* *the full scope of this pandemic is a complete unknown at the moment and for all we know this could end up harming players and staff.. hoping this all blows over soon
