He certainly does. With Okocha and el-Djiouf Bolton has two players who are very good at taking the ball from midfield to the area, they just suck at finishing. Guess who comes into play there He'll just have to camp the area and hold his head right where it counts... On paper Bolton and Borgetti make a perfect match, we'll have to wait and see how it works out on the pitch. If he doesn't get injured, i think about 15 goals are realistic, 20 might be stretching it a little.
Oh and just a little correction to some above info: Eintracht Frankfurt ( one of the German clubs Borgetti considered transfering to ) used to be one of the top 5 clubs a couple years ago. Then they got relegated, no idea why, i didn't live in Germany at that time. They just got promoted again to the 1. Bundesliga ( best league ), i however don't know about their current strength and playstyle. Before they were relegated i kinda liked them, they had some talented players, one of them was incidently the same Okocha who's playing for Bolton now
I'm born there and still occasionally live there a couple months. For the most part not anymore though.
Yeah Hidetoshi Nakata has just signed for Bolton as well Bolton are playing Everton later today, I dont think Borgetti will be in the squad but Nakata might be. Although Sam Allardyce has said that "a rest for Borgetti is out of the question now" and he'll probably be playing soon. http://www.boltonwanderers-mad.co.uk/news/loadnews.asp?cid=TMNW&id=235668 Edit: I just noticed this post from Solid444 in the Bolton forum Maybe Borgetti could be playing today
No debuto ni Jared ni Nakata. Maybe Wed. Vs Newcastle. They were in the stadium but not in uniforme para jugar.
