I hear you, but what else is he going to say, really?

I don't think, "We all know Blanco is a pathologically violent bully and a whining douchebag to boot, but he's OUR pathologically violent bully and whining douchebag" would go over real well with the player or the fans.

From the fans' point of view it must also be tough. We all support the name on the front of the jersey, of course, but what would you do if a truly vile player like Blanco signed with United? The only thing you can really do is rationalize it away.

Personally, I usually stay away from other fans' forums, even when they say something stupid. I kind of like other fans leaving us alone to stay stupid stuff too.
