Not sure why Schmelly gets so much hate. I don't disagree Morey should get a chance but Schmelly has BvB tattooed on his heart and has always been loyal and gave all his talent could muster. Oh and he's got an assist already!

Handball penalty rules suck! They're the worst thing in the game. Someone gotta find a solution for that. I'm surprised they still haven't, even after so many rule changes.
I would make a rule that every contact that ball makes with the hand is a handball, even if it hits your finger nail... I remember when we were kids and playing football, every time ball hit the hand, any part of hand, thats a penalty, simple as that..
Liked what I saw of Morey. In those 5-6 minutes he was on he had an assist for the last goal and had a good involvement in the 5th. Wander what took LF so long time to try him on. With Hakimi leaving it’s nice to see we have a good RB in Morey. I’d say he’s better technically too. Maybe in Wolf we have a back up. I’d rather go for a good CB.
Haha.. that works for the playground, I guess. But I actually think it should be harder to grant penalties, not easier! Maybe they should considering how much it affected play. Sometimes the touch has no consequence at all. Maybe they should start giving indirect kicks for that. Sometimes a ball going towards goal is deflected even unintentionally. They really need to address this, IMO.
Maybe something like this: - Intentional handball -> penalty - Unintentional handballs: -- Hands were inside "silhoutte" and didn't stick out -> play on -- Hands were outside and prevented a goal / goal scoring opportunity -> penalty -- Hands were outside and ball was moving away from goal, or touch didn't affect play, -> Indirect kick I know there are many scenarios for "hands outside" like whether player was falling, whether they were jumping for a header etc.. so it should be more detailed than here. But simply giving penalties left and right is not a good system that rewards effort and cleverness.
Agreed, but this is the last place team with a comfortable lead and less then 20 minutes to go in was is probably his last year. Also, the BL title is already lost so I'm ok with giving him a few minutes. If not now when? There will be other days for the younger guys and we are on the forefront on giving them chances...
I'd go even simpler this : - Intentional handball -> penalty - Unintentional handballs inside "silhouette" : Yellow Card -> Indirect kick - Unintentional handballs outside "silhouette" : Red Card -> Indirect kick
