I know my friend CSD is busy so I'll start up this thread.

    Group stage - 03 October 2007 20:45 (CET) - Inönü - Istanbul

Porto is playing really well, and should have no problem coming home with the 3 points..

Let's prove this scumbag's comments are wrong.

"no real difference between Turkish and Portuguese
    football" Tello

Where is Paulinho Santos and his wicked tackles when you really need him? If someone can please break Tello's leg (the left one preferrably), I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance...

i have a feelings about tonite game that Besiktas will play brillant and get the 3 point, i dont feel like that nomally as they perform terribly bad nowadays but tonite is gonna be differant hopefully.
There is 1 thing i am sure is our fans will make the inonu like hell in terms of noise and pressure.
    good luck to you guys..

Beşiktaş is playing very bad in nowadays and most people in Turkey dont expect them any good result even a draw. On saturday, though many key players of Galatasaray didnt play, they lost 2-1 against their ancient rival Galatasaray in city derby playing without crowd due to Galatasaray's fine. The team has many defensive problems and also they are so bad at attacking. They finished most recently games with no position (sometimes one or two). So if Porto will lose the game, it will be shocking surprise.

    Yeah, I agree on that.

    Back to the thread;

    @Força Sporting

Thats very sad to see this kind of comment in bigsoccer. a specialy in the football world.

everyone has a family to take care of.
    tello has got too.

If he get injury in that way.
I gues, you are gonna feel realy happy about it.

    Anyway.

    to Porto fans,

    Good luck to the PORTO.

Lets hope to see some enterteine match up from both side.

    Regards

    Hi Gary Lineker,

Yeah, Besiktas play some bad footy lately...
but, one of the main point about that; because of play maker Ricardinho' injury.
and, coach every games tactics desicions.

In Derbie match up, As you knows,,derbie is derbie everywhere in the world.
nometter how is your form etc. in the derbie day motivation, calmdown, effort etc is the key point in thoes kind of tense game.

So, I think, Besiktas will play more agressive and more offansive in the CL home game. vs Porto.

There is a superb young talent forward U17 Turkey NT player...Batuhan Karadeniz... he is a goal machine at youth level in the NT and at the club level.

If he play upfront,, it can be an interesthing combo : Bobo-Batuhan...
But, lately, coach dont give him chance at senior team squad....

I dunno, tonight match up,,, is he gonna be in the match squad...
but,if get game time as sub,, he can do some tricky move in the upfront.

Bobo, lately out of form. I dunno what he gonna do,in this game... its a huge question marks.

Marcio Nobre is a out of CL class.. when he played for Fenerbahce..
    he played good league games...
but, he come Besiktas... and he start do nothing about goal.
I dunno what he gonna do tonight either....

There is rising star in the Besiktas... His name is; Serdar Ozkan.
    He can show some tricks...
midfield battle Cisse,Serdar,Koray,Tello will be the key points for the home side winning possibility.

Back line; Gokhan Zan,he is Besiktas ''Rio ferdinand'' they say.
Ibrahim Toraman doing good combination with gokhan....
ibrahim uzulmez. captain of besiktas... if he play well with tello at the left side... besiktas winning service could be build up from thoes two player.

Right side winger , if Mehmet Yozgatli play as a starter... I think, Besiktas will get advance as a wing attack.
He is a one of the interesthign winger at Turkish super league.

Ali Tandogan is not tall player,,smilar to tello.. and Tandogan very speedy, good workrate, and very agressive with ball, an interesthing side player.

Golie Hakan Arikan is a talented yougn golie..he do some critical error in the game. first game at the group game. he did big one..it cost huge for the Besiktas.

His performance is main point for tonight game for home side.

    Anyway.

Lets see what kind of game we'll gonna see.

    Regards

I Walk Alone, my comment was made in jest. He left Sporting on bad terms to get a sweeter deal with Beşiktaş when he was pretty much agreed on a contract extension with Sporting, leaving them scrambling to find a last minute replacement. Besides, isn't it good luck to tell someone to "break a leg?" ;)

Not going to well so far 0-0 at the half.
Helton with two big saves. These streams are freezing, hard to watch every play.
    BTW Tello sucks.

Marseille takes the lead vs Liverpool on a goal in the 79th minute! If they can hold them off for another 10 minutes or so this would be a great result for Porto.

Fantastic! The match center description isn't very good.

    90+2Quaresma (Porto) scores!
    90+1Quaresma (Porto) delivers the corner.

    Can someone describe it?

Deep into added time Porto claim what will surely be a winning goal after Lucho González scuffed a shot and Ricardo Quaresma took the ball down with his chest and directed it under Hakan Arıkan at the goalkeeper's near post.

    (uefa.com match center description)

    dramatic win I guess.
