Beitar going up, Maccabi going down!

Discussion in 'Israel' started by Beitar Jerusalem, Dec 25, 2002.

  1. We have seen a recent shift in events in the Premier League these past couple of weeks. I for one have been shocked over Beitar "Fresh & Go" Jerusalem's recent form. We have great young players, a strong on field captain in Itzik Zohar, and a great striker in Andreji Kubika. Only our match against Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv was a down point for our recent winnings. Currently we are in seventh place but we are not far from the teams up top.

Haifa look out. I saw that Maccabi "Honda" Haifa is vulnerable. We have seen it with their games against Hapoel Be'er Sheva and Hapoel Ra'anana in the Toto Cup. Will this be Haifa's break? Will they not repeat as champions?

We are not moving out of first place. Can't wait to see Beitar Jerusalem be replaced by Hapoel Jerusalem next season.

  4. If the new rumors of Beitar Jerusalem signing Maccabi Tel Aviv superstar Avi Nimni, you'll see us at the top. Next year in Europe baby!
